"CARLA" chi mix - gets needed TLC at MCAS :)

Hello, my name is Carla! I arrived at the shelter in pretty sad shape with some rotten teeth, skinny and lethargic! With some TLC, a teeth cleaning, and some much needed groceries I have blossomed into a new dog!

Now I'm looking for a new family with no children under 8 that has lots of love to share!
