"FRANK" a sensible Pomeranian

Hello, so nice to meet you. The shelter staff named me Frank for my solemn personality. They suspect I will become more animated the more time I am here or better yet when I find my forever home with you.

They are asking only families with children 10 years and older ask about me which Frankly, yes a little joke … is a good idea.
