My name is Willy, I moved here from California and I'm chilly here in Oregon. I'm an 11 year old Maltese mix looking for warm home with an owner who wants a lap dog to cuddle with. My new owner will need get my microchip changed over to their name so if I do wander off, I can get back to where I belong. Don't get me wrong the shelter is taking good care of me but I really want to be in a quieter setting.
