Hi my name is Harper, I am a 1 year old Border Collie mix lady. I came in as a stray so the shelter doesn't much about my past. I am pretty fearful of new situations, but give me a little time to warm up and I love being pet, going on walks, belly rubs, and will shower you with kisses.
