"MCAS is limiting services to the public. Critical services for stray animals, emergency owner surrenders, call center services, and emergency field services are available. Other services including adoptions and volunteer activities are suspended.

"At this time, adoption services are suspended in order to support and reinforce social distancing measures from local health authorities.
